We provide Individual Service Plans (ISP) on each person. We want to include each resident, their family and any friends that might give us some insight on what they are familiar with.
Group Transportation is available and some individual transportation at a small charge.

To find us. While crossing the Current River bridge at Van Buren. Looking straight in front of you. The facility will be the blue building in the middle of the hill on your left. The exit will be the 2nd one to the left. Straight up the hill and you will be there.
We accept Private Pay, Insurance and Medicaid. Residents benefits can be discussed during tour of facility.
We will be happy to discuss all issues to qualify for benefits. We will even hold open discussion at your home for all family members.
We know this is a hard decision and will assist with any information that will ease this process.
Yes we provide 24 hours oversight.
There are Certificated Medication Aide and twenty-four seven.
All staff knows each resident with a Individual Care Plan (ISP) to set goals and needs for each person.
We are a small facility and able to meet the needs of each resident with a personal touch.
Monthly outing to the local stores.
Bingo, Crafts, Puzzles, Games, and lots of fun with Wheel of Forture.
Summer activities include day trips to the Spring and Current River for fishing or just spending time with Family and Friends,
Yes, but with Covid-19 visits are limited to close family only. The facility is setup so contact will be to a minimum. Outside visits are available with mask.
We ask that residents going home, will not be in contact with the general public and restrict visits to only family that are sure about their contact with possible Covid-19,
